We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Client Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing qualified administrative professionals with employers who post through our platform. You’ll serve as both a connector and a trusted advisor—building relationships with job seekers and employers while driving revenue for Adminicorn.
As a Client Manager, you will play a key role in driving Adminicorn’s growth by identifying new clients, building partnerships, and generating revenue. This is a commission-based role, ideal for an entrepreneurial individual eager to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities
- Proactively source, screen, and qualify candidates for administrative roles.
- Partner with employers to understand hiring needs and provide candidate recommendations.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: outreach, interviews, and placement coordination.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline of administrative professionals.
- Promote Adminicorn’s job board and placement services to prospective employers.
- Track activity, candidate submissions, and placements in our system.
- Represent Adminicorn with professionalism and integrity while building long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales (administrative niche experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Comfort working in a commission-only role with performance-based income.
- Tech-savvy with experience using job boards, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems.
Commission Structure
